Declan EC is a multi-instrumentalist teenager from Montréal, Québec. His reputation as a skilled songwriter, and charismatic performer is quickly putting him on the map as one of Montreal’s newest artists to watch out for. His influences include The Hives, Gorillaz, Le Tigre, Elvis Costello, and St. Vincent.
